
ABOUT ME
As an Agile Coach at Raiffeisen Software I am standing for intrinsically motivated change. By generating enthusiasm for constant learning and continuous improvement, adopting and scaling the agile way of working, and fostering an agile mindset I'm leading teams and organizations to more productivity.
Previously, I worked for various customers at Nagarro. I initiated change projects and guided companies on their evolutionary journey towards an adaptive, learning organization. Internally, as a core member of the Agile Community, I promoted new work concepts, helped to shape the Agile Portfolio, and coached non-IT Teams (e.g. HR, Marketing, Delivery Management etc.) in adopting agile methods, practices, and mindset.
Before that I worked as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach and Software Architect in a mid-sized software development company. Main objective was to create an agile environment for redesigning the ERP software from scratch and guiding the strategic, operational and technical change. After establishing a clear product vision I implemented Scrum within the organization and scaled it up incrementally.
My practical experience as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach has started in a banking corporation in 2012. As a member of the agile transition team I was co-responsible for implementing and scaling of Scrum within the IT department with 12 software development teams.
I am a graduate engineer with 15+ years of work experience in the field of IT and Business Agility, [agile] project and portfolio management as well as [agile] software development, design and architecture. I would describe myself as a servant and conscious leader acting as a connector with a strong agile mindset and a wide range of methodical and social skills. I am empathetic, pragmatic, human & team oriented, and always learning to improve continuously - to make people awesome!
