ABOUT ME
As an Agile Coach at Raiffeisen Software I drive intrinsically motivated change by fostering continuous learning, improving ways of working, and enabling teams and organizational units to become more effective and productive.
Previously, I worked with various clients at Nagarro, leading change initiatives and supporting companies in becoming adaptive, learning organizations. As part of the Agile Community, I helped shape new ways of working and coached both IT and non-IT teams (e.g., HR, Marketing, and Sales).
Earlier, I worked as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Software Architect at a mid-sized software company, where I supported the redesign of an ERP system from scratch and introduced and scaled Scrum across the organization.
My journey as a Scrum Master started in 2012 at Raiffeisen Salzburg, where I was part of the agile transition team introducing Scrum across 12 development teams.
I am a graduate engineer with more than 15 years of experience in IT and Business Agility, focused on enabling people, teams, and organizations to deliver impactful outcomes through better ways of working.
